We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Email team@muihood.co.uk with your name, order number, and reason for return. Please note:

• Postage and packing are non-refundable
• A £3 restocking fee applies
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used products can't be refunded or returned.
