Mugwort Bath Soak
Soak away stress, stagnation, and sore muscles.
This herbal bath is packed with mugwort, rosehip and sophora to promote circulation, reduce inflammation, and calm the nervous system. A Chinese Medicine remedy for body and spirit.
Use as a foot soak or as a bath soak.
30g each | 8 Pouches included
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, mugwort has been used for thousands of years to support women's health because of its warming nature that expels cold from the womb, what TCM sees as the root cause of painful periods, clots, and irregular cycles. Soaking in mugwort moves stagnant blood and Qi to ease cramping, supports hormonal balance and circulation, and calms your nervous system.
Mugwort contains natural anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, making it ideal for soothing irritated skin and promoting circulation.
Sophora is used in Chinese medicine for detoxifying the skin and reducing inflammation, great for eczema-prone and sensitive skin.
To use in bath:
Add 1-2 pouches to a full bath.
Relax in the warm water for up to 30 minutes and let the calming herbal extracts soothe your body and senses.
