SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping & DeliveryOrders aim to be dispatched within24 hours (Monday-Friday). Weekend orders ship the next business day. Delivery times vary by location.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unopened and in original condition.
  • The customer covers return shipping costs.
  • Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
  • A £5 restocking fee applies to all returns.
