Mugwort (艾叶) has been central to this practice for centuries. In TCM, it warms, moves Qi, expels cold from the womb, supports circulation, and calms the nervous system.
Soak away stress, stagnation, and sore muscles. Use as a foot soak or as a bath soak.

Why mugwort specifically?
Mugwort (艾叶, Ai Ye) has been used in Chinese Medicine for over 3,000 years. It’s the herb at the heart of moxibustion therapy and one of the most important herbs for women’s health in the TCM tradition. Its warming, moving properties make it uniquely suited to supporting menstrual health, circulation, and nervous system calm, which is why it’s the foundation of
this formula.
Can I use this during my period?
Yes, in fact, this is one of the best times to use it. Soaking in warm mugwort water during your period helps ease cramping, support blood flow, and soothe the lower body. In TCM, keeping the womb area warm during menstruation is considered essential to menstrual health.
